Takasago International Corporation participated in the Flavors & Fragrances 2025 conference, held in Göttingen, Germany, from July 22 to 24, 2025, delivering both oral and poster presentations. Recognized as one of the premier international conferences in the flavor and fragrance industry, the event brought together leading global companies to share cutting-edge developments across a wide range of disciplines—from molecular design and process chemistry to perfumery. At this year’s conference, Takasago delivered an oral presentation on the development of renewable aroma ingredients such as muguet and musk, and a poster presentation on the development of promiscuous enzyme effective for biomanufacturing obtained through collaborative research with Kobe University*. These contributions highlighted our ongoing efforts in aroma ingredient development, with a focus on biodegradable materials, renewable resources, catalytic processes, and fermentation technologies.
