Takasago International Corporation (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President & COO: Naoki Mizuno) announces that changes to its leadership were approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Effective the same date, Naoki Mizuno assumed the position of President & COO. Satoshi Masumura, who previously served as President & CEO, assumed the position of Chairman & CEO, also effective the same date.
