May 30, 2025, the Art & Olfaction Awards 2025 was held in Los Angeles, USA, where Soulvent's perfume "NORTHERN", created by perfumer Ciny Ye and evaluator Savannah Yu of Shanghai Takasago-Union, won the Independent Category.

The Art & Olfaction Awards aim to raise interest and recognition for independent perfumers, artisan perfumers, and international fragrance practitioners.

Together with the prestigious Golden Pear Awards, which is awarded annually, the Art & Olfaction Awards have become an important indicator of excellence in independent, artisan perfumers, and experimental perfume making.
