We are saddened to announce that Mr. Hiroki Take, President and Chief Executive Officer of Takasago International Corporation, died suddenly of heart failure on March 24, 2009. He was 65.
The funeral and farewell ceremony will be held privately. The company funeral will be held at a date and place to be announced.

Election of new President and Chief Executive Officer

At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held May 25th in Tokyo, Mr. Ritaro Igaki was elected as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Takasago International Corporation. Mr. Igaki has been serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Director of Administration and Accounting and a member of the Board of Directors.
