Please be informed that Takasago International Corporation together
with Mitsubishi Corporation have acquired Dan Kaffe (Malaysia) SDN
BHD who specialized in manufacturing Coffee Extract and Spray Dried
Coffee.
1. Purpose of Acquisition
Takasago group concluded the technical partnerships on the coffee
extracts in 1999, and since then we have been importing Dan Kaffe’s
products.
Takasago group expects the expansion of business in the new booming
coffee market in China and other Asian countries.
