New Takasago Global Plan (GP-1)
 “GP-1,” our medium-term management plan launched in FY 2009.
The GP-1 was formulated to realize the core management goal of establishing ourselves as a leader on the global flavor and fragrance market. By using the advantage as only global flavor and fragrance company established in Asia, we will build foundations for Asia top-class in our Centennial in 2020 for the period of GP-1.To that end it envisages a set of core strategies designed to accelerated the pace of globalization and by effectively tapping group resources, to strengthen local business.
